忘年会を含めて、数日間飲み続けたら、お腹の調子が悪くなり、体重も増えた。再現性ばっちり。

今日から、お酒を飲む日の間を3日間は空けるようにしよう。1日飲んだら次の3日間は呑まない。これを試してみる。
