よく寝る

眠くて怠いから、早く寝て長く寝る。昨夜は喉も腫れかけたし、薬は自宅に忘れたし、夕食後に寝落ちた。今朝も3時、5時、7時、9時と起きたものの、怠くてそのまま寝続けた。どうも回復が思わしくない。

もう少し節制を強めないと、風邪からの短期脱却は難しいかも。
